Cpl® - Cartonplast

Cartonplast® (CPL®) is synonymous with polypropylene fluted and corrugated sheet. The result of technological know-how that has no peers anywhere in the world, CPL® is made with the most modern techniques of extrusion that provide countless advantages, including lightness, resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents, large possibilities of customization, re-use and the total recycling, which is essential  to companies that are aware of the ecological sustainability of their production processes. Eplak®

EPLAK® is a solid polypropylene plastic sheet that offers a valid alternative to the materials that are traditionally used in the industry of graphics, paper technology and beverages. Created thanks to the modern technologies of CARTONPLAST Italia, EPLAK® plate features unequalled resistance, combining versatility of use with physical characteristics that make it especially suitable for printing, punching, welding and gluing. EPLAK® is completely recyclable and meets needs for complete environmental compatibility since it can be reused and recyclable in a complete cycle.

New and convenient size in spool for the solid polypropylene. Spools with different sizes and with changeable thicknesses from 0,40 to 0,80 mm.
On surface colours and embossing are among those scheduled for the EPLAK in sheets. Special treatments on demand are: corona treatment, anti-EDS, anti-UV and Flame Retardant.
Particularly suitable for the PAPER TECHNOLOGY sector and continuous printing.

The new polypropylene fluted sheet CPL® Flame Retardant has all the characteristics of lightness, resistance, flexibility and recyclability typical of CARTONPLAST® with an added value: the FLAME RETARDANT CLASSIFICATION in Italy and in the main European countries. It is suitable for many sectors, from BUILDING to PAPER TECHNOLOGY.
The sheet has changeable thickness: from 2,0 to 10 mm.
You can choose from a big range of colours, different treatments and special processing as trimming, die-cutting, flexo and screen printing, on request.

The new solid polypropylene plastic sheet EPK® Flame Retardant has all the characteristics of lightness, resistance, flexibility and recyclability typical of EPLAK® with an added value: the FLAME RETARDANT CLASSIFICATION in Italy and in the main European countries.
It is suitable for many sectors, from BUILDING to PAPER TECHNOLOGY.
The sheet has changeable thickness: from 0,3 to 1,2 mm.
You can choose from a wide range of colours, different treatments and special processing as trimming, die-cutting, flexo and screen printing, on request.

In order to meet your needs for protection of devices sensitive to the electric charge, Cartonplast proposes the new CPL sheet with special DISSIPATIVE/CONDUCTIVE/ANTISTATIC treatment. The new CPL dissipative material is particularly suitable for the packaging in the informatics and electronic sectors. The sheets have variable thicknesses according to your needs. For the antistatic sheet you can choose from a wide range of colours, in spite of the colour for sheets with the dissipative and conductive treatments is BLACK.
Different treatments and special processing are available, as trimming, die-cutting and flexo and screen printing, on request.
